Aggregated Results, Inception (July 1, 2023) to June 30, 2025

Discover the results achieved by the Digital Development Partnership 2.0 as of June 30, 2025, organized around the Partnership’s Scorecard. The DDP 2.0 Scorecard outlines key indicators delivered by global, country and regional DDP grants as well as World Bank lending operations whose identification, design, and preparation benefitted from deliverables supported by DDP grants. It is important to distinguish that while DDP grants contribute to enabling and shaping these outcomes, the results attributed to lending operations cannot be claimed as direct achievements of the grants alone. This approach promotes transparency and strengthens the line of sight between grants’ outputs and intermediate outcomes and their role in relation to longer term World Bank engagements contributing to the WBG Corporate Scorecard, and accurately captures the collaborative impact of the Partnership, while preserving the integrity of the attribution chain in reporting outcomes.
